GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between SusiTime Oy (“SusiTime”) and the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms. SusiTime reserves the right to update the Terms as needed. Any updates take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Scope of Business
SusiTime sells, sources, trades, and purchases luxury watches, both new and pre-owned.

Binding Orders
An order becomes binding once SusiTime has received and confirmed it in writing or verbally.

Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the product transfers to the Customer only after full payment has been received and all applicable purchase documents have been signed.

Warranty

Pre-owned watches: 6-month functional warranty by SusiTime Oy.

New watches: Manufacturer’s warranty applies.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, glass, straps, water damage, impact, or misuse. The warranty becomes void if the watch has been opened, serviced, or altered without SusiTime’s prior written consent.

Right of Return (Distance Selling)
Under Finnish consumer protection law, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in exactly the same condition as sold: all protective films, labels, and packaging must be intact, and the item must not show any signs of use.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed. Once the return is approved and the product’s condition verified, the purchase amount will be refunded using the original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
Unless required by mandatory law, SusiTime shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the order, product, or delivery.

Force Majeure
SusiTime is not liable for delays or damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, such as war, rebellion, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, disruption of public transport, telecommunications or electricity supply, strikes, or comparable events.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will first be sought to be resolved amicably. If no settlement is reached, the Customer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

Authenticity Guarantee
All watches sold by SusiTime Oy are guaranteed authentic. Each watch is verified and inspected before sale.

Shipping and Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value until delivery. Once delivered and signed for by the Customer or an authorized recipient, responsibility for the item transfers to the Customer. SusiTime ships using trusted and insured courier partners.

Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is collected only for order processing, communication, and delivery purposes, and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to fulfill an order.
